A Muslim couple were thrown out of a mall and branded as 'terrorists' on social media because their supposedly suspicious behavior caused concern among shoppers. Alan and Daphne Crawford, who were dressed in a thobe and hijab, were escorted from the Central Mall in Fort Smith, Arkansas, with their son on Saturday after customers saw them filming and alerted security. They had just finished buying $200 worth of Sperry shoes and a pair of Armani glasses from Lens Crafters when five police officers turned up to tell them they had to leave. Police officers showed up and told him he wasn't allowed to record anything as it was against mall policy, so former Army infantryman Mr Crawford said he would happily stop and leave.

Provocateurs and/or spies, they should have been shot.
It’s the only way to be sure.
Here’s an image:

So someone on social media called these clowns “terrorists”? Has this reporter ever read any social media comments? Anyone and everyone is branded in the most extreme and crude way possible. There is absolutely no larger issue — like the infamous “anti-Muslim backlash” that the MSM keeps hoping for and pumping up — that comes from being branded a terrorist on social media.
Maybe they are just looking to hit the jackpot on a lawsuit. If he’s chowing down on bacon-cheese fries, he sounds like he might be a fake Muzzi.
They certainly look like terrorists - hard to blame the mall.
Perhaps they should consider dressing like AMERICANS if they want to shop.
Local gallows there can handle 7 or 8 at a time.
Muslims in the mall buying Christmas gifts!
And claiming they’d enjoyed some bacon cheese fries!
While filming entrances and exits!
Makes you wanna go “hmmmm!”
“... or they may be looking for their fifteen minutes.”.
I agree with this statement. They are frauds. Aiming for their fifteen minutes of peace and love on the news.
They are supposedly muslim yet the guy says he was there a couple of weeks before enjoying “bacon cheese fries” which NO practicing muslim would eat. Just a very, very stupid couple hoping to get a new twitter hashtag in their name.
Because shopping malls are a viable attack in the next few days. Soft target. Packed. Can redefine a day like 9/11 does. Ruin an important time of year for Jews and Christians.
Same general area....15 miles from Fort Smith.
Converts. Nobody converts to Islam for good reasons.
Looking for a payday?
"I probably would absolutely destroy a bacon cheeseburger or some fries with bacon on them or something like that," Alan Crawford told the station after he was asked if he was a threat.
Sgt. Grubbs said the Crawfords, who live across the border in Oklahoma, have a history of strange behavior. He brought up how some people may not have come forward after witnessing suspicious behavior before the San Bernardino terror attack earlier this month.
"Two weeks before this we went to the mall when we were scouting out the mall the first time, quote unquote, we ate a load of bacon cheese fries, which ISIS would happily kill me for, because I've read my book I'm not supposed to eat bacon and I did it anyway."
Sgt. Daniel Grubbs of the Fort Smith Police Department told the Daily News on Tuesday that the Crawfords were acting suspiciously, and that the shoppers did the right thing by reporting them. Sgt. Grubbs said he believed the Crawfords had recently converted to Islam, and were seen in regular clothing the day after the incident.
Facebook Some people posted photos on Facebook of the Crawfords being escorted from the mall. "One of the subjects told me that she thought he was acting very strange," read the police report filed by Fort Smith Officer Anthony Cox. "I spotted the subject walking down the hall by the food court and he was holding his phone up and he was walking as if he was video taping the mall stores."
When Officer Cox asked Alan Crawford for identification, Crawford saidhis ID "was in his front pocket and it was against his religion to pull up his 'Man Dress' to get it," according to the police report.
Officer Cox recalled how Crawford told his young son "this is why you dont trust the police" and "they harass people because of their religion."
"I audio recorded the police officer and held my camera in the manner that would lead him to believe that I did video tape while he screamed at me and told me that 'I can confiscate your phone,'" he told the station. "You can't confiscate my phone for mall law. I violated mall law, OK? Which wasn't even clearly posted."
If him, he’s got the raping and mayhem down pat already.
So much for “see something and say something”.
You’ll be branded a racist for life and probably lose your career.
They're not acting...
This couple is the enemy.
They don’t look like hipsters. Take off the weird clothes and they look like rednecks.
You don’t know all the facts nor do we
What were they filming?
How many locals do filming at their mall?
Baby’s first steps yeah
Shoes you bought and want to share pictures of maybe
Mall security, exits, entrances etc- suspicious given the number of mall attacks
esp by towel heads
Were they asked to stop? Did they comply?
Story reads he was asked to stop filming and did so - then saying he would leave
He left he was not thrown out
The word terrorist was never used by mall security
He could be pulling an “Oswald” - setting up a track record for later activity. Oswald appeared on New Orleans television handing out pro-Cuba leaflets.
