Will there be a internet source for debate tonight?
Posted on 12/15/2015 11:26:47 AM PST by Vinylly
Since I don't have dish or cable TV I will only be able to watch it on the internet so I would like to know the time and from what source the debate will be held.

I don’t have cable TV either. It’s appalling that this isn’t on public TV or some other channel that is available for free. Romney must be pleased, excluding the lower echelons who would never vote for the elite anyway.

http://www.vox.com/2015/12/15/10157226/republican-debate-2015-watch-online-streaming-time-tv-schedule>According to VOX:
Coverage of the fifth Republican debate will begin at 8:30 pm Eastern tonight on CNN. But don't worry, if you don't have cable, you can still tune in - CNN will generously post an online livestream available at CNN.com. Coverage of the earlier undercard debate will begin at 6 pm Eastern. (The actual debate segments, however, might start a bit later than these stated times â CNN has been vague about when, specifically, the debate itself will kick off, and will likely lead in with commentary.)

Try Al Jazeera TV. Listing will be under their comedy section.

Great debate memories from the American media hall of fame:
"Check the transcript, Candy"
I just happen to have that exact quote right here Mr. President!
Everything my President said is true, Mr. Romney. And everything you said is a blatant lie and I am required to let the American people know.
NEENER, NEENER, NEENER, you big fat racist!!!

Every time i want to cut the cord with cable, there is a live broadcast that requires it. Frustrating!

Check again. This thread and the links therein have plenty of sources for cord cutters.

Sorry for being obscure. I’m referring to Romney’s gigantic elitist failure to campaign to the “lower 47%” (my words) of the voters whom he said wouldn’t vote for him anyway. Having the debates on TV stations that don’t use antenna TV or for that matter many of the least expensive cable packages excludes anyone who can’t afford those stations from watching the debates. It’s elitist.

Probably what I will do.
Trump is comfortably in the lead. I don’t really need to watch another debate. CNN will try to make them all look bad. Trump will be unfazed.
