Seems to me there’s an easy solution to this without an abortion:
Option 1: Bio father keeps two babies. Baby #3 is put up for adoption. Surrogate mother gets paid per the contract.
Option 2: Bio father keeps two babies. Surrogate mother keeps Baby #3, gets paid per the contract, and agrees not seek any financial support from bio father. I’m not sure an agreement not to seek support would be enforceable, however.
Option 3: All three babies are adopted by loving parents who won’t treat them like commodities. New parents reimburse surrogate mother’s medical expenses, but pay no further fees to her.

Option 4: Surrogate keeps all three babies and the baby daddy gets stuck with a massive child support tab.
My daughter had triplets 15 years ago. An ob-gyn suggested “reduction”. This upset my 6’2” 220 pound Marine son in law so much that the ob-gyn shat his pants. The three are now 15 and learning to drive Grandpa’s manual transmission. No word from the ob-gyn in 15 years.

One-at-a-time, especially if s/he is your first, is difficult enough. We were blessed with twin girls this spring. The father, my son/*SEAL Team TWO* says his military training is what is getting him through his new role. :)
Nothing like the father’s love for children who are not really his wife’s children.
I’m so cynical these days....I think it’s all about the money. :(

What is wrong with these people? A human life is "reduced" to nothing. Should go back with the three and ask the doc which one he would have sentenced to death.
