INDIANAPOLIS (Reuters) - Former Subway sandwich chain pitchman Jared Fogle on Thursday was sentenced to 15-1/2 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to child pornography and sex charges.
Fogle, who became famous after losing weight on a diet that included sandwiches from the fast-food chain, agreed in August to a deal with prosecutors under which he would plead guilty to charges of child pornography and traveling for illicit paid sex with minors.
Fogle agreed in court on Thursday to avoid pornography, get sexual disorder treatment and will be a registered sex offender. U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt also sentenced him to a lifetime of supervision.

If he doesn’t now, he may soon enough. I saw a video recently of a convict somewhere in South America that was a rapist. The video was of the doctors removing a, “ahem”, VERY large object from his posterior.
Sad. He made some good money as a Subway spokesman and he just threw it all away in favor of perversion.

Watched the dr phil episode recently where he interviewed a woman fogle shared thoughts and feelings with under the assumption she was of like mind and also wanted to plan future encounters with kids. She went to the fbi and they started taping the phone calls. fogle is seriously ill, he eventually asked if she would let him “do” things with her kids. Sick, sad and lost.
My heart breaks for the kids he actually got ahold of. Terrible.
He should have moved to Afghanistan and claimed it is part of his “culture”.
