I would probably still have my bag phone (early adopter, I was) if I could still make calls on it. I upgraded to an LG flip phone way back when they killed analog. I don't have any of the top 15 apps and somehow I get by...

comScore releases last quarter's (through September 15th) smartphone market share in the US based on carrier's subscriptions. Android still leads and even gains a bit with 52.3%, while Apple iPhones dropped a half percentage point as users waited for the new models to come out to 43.6%. Apple iPhones are still holding the largest market share among manufacturers at the same 43.6%, followed by Samsung with a loss of 0.5% at 27.6%, while LG showed a 1.1% gain during the quarter at 9.4%, the only manufacturer that gained market share. -- PING!
