I don't think anyone knows. . . a cellular phone is now considered a necessity and Obamaphones are provided as a matter of course in many states. I've never seen it reported as a line item in any budget. Too bad. It would be useful to know.

I used to know a guy that had 3 Obamaphones. They had limited data, and when he ran out of time on one, he just grabbed another.
