No, not everyone has this problem. It is something you might have gotten from clicking on a frozen lions article. Several FReepers are reporting this, but not all.

I got it on my Chrome browser on my laptop.
Edge browser is fine.
All of my Android browsers show nothing.

I never clicked on any lion posts and now on Chrome and Safari I am getting warning pages. It is getting more aggressive in trying to dissuade me from FR.

But not getting it anymore.
I use a junk computer to browse internet.
There is nothing valuable on this computer.
I do not access any financial sites, bill payments,
banks, utilities, etc. on this computer.
So I do not use virus protection on this computer.
That makes it run lightening fast.
