She tried to have plastic surgery to install a second mouth so she could tell twice as many lies, but it didn’t work.

You mean besides lacking a brain? Does it match the scar on the back of obozo’s head - perhaps they both have had their brains removed..hers through her neck and his out the back of his skull...Because it’s for sure neither one of them has one UNLESS they are just not put to use for anything GOOD!

Depending on where the scar is, it might be from thyroid surgery. She is known to have thyroid problems.

Sounds like she had lipo to suck out fat jowls and sagging jawline.....the latest thing in plastic surgery.
Scarring and recovery period are minimal w/ lipo——unlike the face lift procedure.
