Just when we think we’ve seen it all from Miley Cyrus, the 22-year-old announces plans to perform an upcoming concert completely nude.
Wayne Coyne, of The Flaming Lips, let the news slip on his Instagram page this week, announcing Cyrus and his band are planning a show where EVERYONE, including the audience, will appear naked.
