Saudi 'Sada' newspaper, which published the picture. A woman in Saudi Arabia published a picture on her social media page showing a female camel enjoying a cup of coffee she offered to it.
The picture showed only the womans hand carrying the cup and tilting it towards the camels mouth while she had a mobile phone in the other hand.
The Saudi Sada newspaper, which published the picture, said it had triggered mixed feelings from viewers, with some of them admiring the act and others criticising the woman.
We've replaced this camel's normal coffee with Folger's Crystals.
What day is it!!
One hump or two?
I used to enjoy a Camel with a good cup of coffee.
He replaced the mule.
Line of the week!
They are probably both wives of the same guy.
That’s strange. My camel never asks for a 2nd cup of coffee at home.
You need to make better coffee.
off with her head!!
“The picture showed only the womans hand...”
There’s a good reason for that. Either violating some goofy rule in the Koran (”Thou shalt not feed beasts of the earth with kitchen dishware”), or the guy who owns the camel will be jealous. “Not only is that woman trying to woo MY camel, she must be a lesbian as well!”
After one hump or two?
Do they both have the same husband?
“We’re here at the oasis, where we’ve secretly replaced the fine coffee they usually serve with Folgers Crystals. Let’s see if a camel can tell the difference!”
The wife and I were out walking the fence line one day, and I had a cup of coffee in my hand. She’d taken along a couple of carrots for the neighbor’s horse, and he’d heard us coming and was waiting for us at the corner post. She petted him and gave him the carrots, which he appreciated. Then he spotted that cup of coffee, reached down an put his mouth over it, and just like that it was a quarter of a cup of coffee. And slimey.
I bet that tasted nasty!
In the Islamic view, one is a valuable beast of burden, hardy and reliable. The other is a camel. :)
[you had to think for a second, didn't ya...&^D)
