He did not vote NO.

The more I see and learn about Rubio the less I like.

To me, this is a stunner. How could he be running in a race to the WH to change America to a good and free place once again by pulling this kind of stuff?

There should be some kind of Constitutional rule that if a Senator doesn’t vote....it reverts to the governor of a state and he gets a chance to vote instead of the Senator.

With Republicans like these, who needs Democrats?

Rubio can’t even vote on an issue important to Americans?

Why would Americans want to vote for him?

That poly only fools Obama voters. He did not have to vote. It had enough votes to pass. If needed, he would have voted Aye.

Or, to reference Ted Cruz’s statement from the floor:

Rubio was not available to provide a “second” to the Cruz Amendment that will defund PP.

If SCUM-RINO Rubio KNEW he would avoid critical votes,
and that he would HELP Oboma with his SECRET Treaties,
why did he take someone else’s place.

Answer: the money and to make his family and staff
EXEMPT, above all others.

His own personal rendition of voting “present” ala Barack Hussein Obama [signaling he is ‘open’ to negotiation, in his OWN WORDS].

You guys want to know what a snake looks like? Go watch Senor Senator Rubio on TV.

How are absents and asbstentions counted for congressional voting? In a lot of states, they are counted as “no” votes.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC)

Gutless. Definitely not leadership material. And abortion supporters to boot.

Rubio is totally owned by the lobbyists and special interests. A lightweight senator with the worst voting record in Senate. Lazy!

At least Obama voted “present”, we know he bothered to show up.
Rubio can’t even be bothered to go to work.

Cruz called it in his speech the other day - Miss Graham and Amnesty Boy are evading responsibility by having to be somewhere else that is “oh so important”.

Marco Rubio avoids responsibility.
We already have one of those as president. We do not need another.
