Rubio, the almost always absent representative.
He did not vote NO.

The more I see and learn about Rubio the less I like.
To me, this is a stunner. How could he be running in a race to the WH to change America to a good and free place once again by pulling this kind of stuff?

There should be some kind of Constitutional rule that if a Senator doesn’t vote....it reverts to the governor of a state and he gets a chance to vote instead of the Senator.

With Republicans like these, who needs Democrats?

I didn’t know that. He comes across like a smooth character, but the more I learn about him the less I like.
To me, as far as Rubio is concerned, fugeddabouddit.

The more I see and learn about Rubio the less I like. Same here. I only slightly liked him initially when he came on the scene in Florida. Since he entered the national race, he's shown his true colors.

Rubio can’t even vote on an issue important to Americans?
Why would Americans want to vote for him?

That poly only fools Obama voters. He did not have to vote. It had enough votes to pass. If needed, he would have voted Aye.

I think he is your typical slick politician attempting to be the latino savior for republicans before Pete Bush gets here.

Exactly, skipping this vote was essentially voting in favor of funding planned parenthood, because we needed every NO vote to show up.
To: conservativejoy
Or, to reference Ted Cruz’s statement from the floor:
Rubio was not available to provide a “second” to the Cruz Amendment that will defund PP.

There is no Republican party.
There is the Conservative Party
There is the Liberal Party
There is the Socialist Party (who are really Marxists in disguise)
And here is the rub. The Conservative Party can win elections without the faux Republicans, or in this case Liberals. But the Liberals cannot win without the Conservatives.

Someone’s advising him that poor latina voters need lots of women’s “health services”, and won’t believe that PP doesn’t provide mammograms, because PP allegedly REFERS them to those that do.

If SCUM-RINO Rubio KNEW he would avoid critical votes,
and that he would HELP Oboma with his SECRET Treaties,
why did he take someone else’s place.
Answer: the money and to make his family and staff
EXEMPT, above all others.
