Chris Matthews reported back on December 18th, 2007 that 2008 presidential candidate Barack Obama was born in Indonesia and has an Islamic background.

You haven’t posted any info, basic or otherwise. You see, in the real world, one debates facts and their interpretation once they’ve been demonstrated.
It’s very simple. All you need to do is to show where Maraniss said that SAD wasn’t in Hawaii during her pregnancy or for the birth.
I’ve posted a piece directly from him showing he thought she was there for the entire period. You think that is dated and that, following in depth research locally, he now thinks differently. Fine. Post the quote and we can start processing that basic info. How’s that for a test?
It will be interesting to see if a Kapiolani Hospital souvenir birth certificate is on display at the Obama Presidential Library in a few years.

I posted you an excellent link to Cashill article on the subject. You couldn’t comprehend it. That is the downside of talking to the IQ-challenged. They can’t comprehend simple English, so they lash out and say, ‘YOU interpret it for me!’ It’s pointless.
It’s not just Maraniss. None of the multiple biographers of Stanley Ann Dunham and Obama have found any trace of SAD in HI during her pregnancy. If any of them had, obots would have quoted the passage to me a million times by now. But it doesn’t exist. That is your problem, not mine.
If I thought you could intellectually manage it, I would ask why Maraniss’ version of Obama’s nativity did a 180 between the year 2008 and 2012. You couldn’t answer that question at gunpoint, however. Not if your life depended on it. You lack the intellectual firepower.
I have said all along that none of the many biographers of Obama and his mother/family have produced a single fact to place SAD in HI during her pregnancy. Some claim a notation of some kind places her in HI in Feb of ‘61. It seems pathetically flimsy to me. But even if one grants she was there in Feb, there’s no evidence, outside a forged BC, that she was there afterward. As I said, ALL the biographies present a black hole where SAD’s pregnancy is concerned.
I realize you can’t grasp this fact. You want the obot biographers to proclaim, “okay, alright already, we’re all birthers. We can’t find any trace of SAD in HI during the crucial time frame, so she must not have been there.’
Instead, all they record is a gaping black hole. The implications of which will be lost on those of limited intelligence forever.
If the above comments go over your head/are too complicated for you, then do this. Show where any of the biographers, AFTER doing first-hand research in HI, found a trace of SAD there during the time frame in question. If such a fact has been uncovered, it will be plastered all over every obot site in the world. Thus it will be easy to find.

What Janice Okubo said (the Health Department spokesman during the Lingle Adminstration) was that you can get a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii that says you were born in Tahiti but if you were born in Tahiti you cannot get a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii saying that you were born in Hawaii.

You want them to be taken seriously? Get them to print a "certified" document without any loopholes that allow lying. You know, like Hawaii used to use back in the 1960s.
The statute of limitations on any federal crime that Obama could be charged with is five years from the original date of the offense. Since he is in the seventh year of his presidency there’s not much chance of any prosecution for anything related to eligibility that he could be prosecuted for.

There is, btw, a very interesting aspect to the 2008 Maraniss quote you posted:

Since you are willing to look idiotically stupid by claiming Maraniss’ earlier acct is accurate, please explain how SAD managed to be in HI and Seattle at the same time. I.e.: during the time this Dreams-derived quote claims she was living with O Sr in HI, her transcript and other evidence says she was in Seattle. You have no difficulty believing she was both places at once, I assume?

I see that reading for comprehension is still not your strong suit. Nowhere in what was the excerpted from the book did it mention publicly displaying the souvenir Kapiolani Hospital birth certificate. But perhaps there’s a picture of it in the book?

What, you didn't see the interview with her friend (Susan Blake, I think) regarding her visit in the later part of August 1961? You didn't see her college schedule saying she was there in August of 1961?
You think it's reasonable that a woman with a two week old infant could have boarded a flight from Hawaii to Seattle?
The more likely explanation is that before he was born, she went to the free hospital in White Rock Candada (just a few blocks away from where her Aunt Berkebeile lived) to give up her half-black baby for adoption. I believe Obama's own alleged father claimed that the plan was to give him up for adoption. I see no reason to believe that they didn't attempt to follow this plan.
After she had him, she apparently changed her mind and decided to keep him.
That neatly gets around the problem of having to fly to Seattle within two weeks of giving birth. Other freepers have previously pointed out that the Airlines would not allow such a thing in 1961 because it would burst the baby's eardrums. Somewhere in the last six years they posted documents from the known airlines of the time period to support this common sense observation.
So in fact, the evidence tends to support the idea that Obama was NOT born in Hawaii.

So according to the drivel YOU posted, Obama beat, past tense, the birthers with this amazing find of his. So since YOU found that drivel worth posting, how about YOU explaining how Obama beat, past tense, the birthers without making his great find public.

That is far and away the likeliest scenario. It certainly explains why no one can find a trace of the pregnant SAD in HI. It also explains the missing National Archive travel log for the week of Obama’s supposed birth. It recorded the arrival back in HI of SAD’s mom, who, as was common in the day, had gone to be with her only daughter for her first birth.
Personally, I think Obama did slip up once and tell the truth. He was born in the third week of July, just as he stated shortly before his fiftieth B-Day.
It has never occurred to me that anyone would attempt to prosecute him for fraud regarding his eligibility. That horse has left the barn a long time ago.
No, what he could be prosecuted for is a vast array of criminal conduct in office. All his "green energy" expenditures will likely be discovered to be a massive kickback/bribery scheme for his supporters. He has routinely used governmental departments to intimidate and injure his political opponents, and he's up to his neck in corruption of every sort.
I dare say not a single thread can be pulled from the lowest of his employees without his web of lies and corruption coming untangled.
As I said, the next President will have to make a CONSCIOUS EFFORT to block prosecution of Obama. He's a lying little greaseball scum, who deserves to be in Prison, but for the sake of national Unity, I expect the next President will order the Justice Department not to make an example of him.
But in all seriousness, there needs to be vast prosecutions of Obama supporters when he is out. The next President needs to make examples of all these people, and many of them just need to die in jail or commit suicide.
At the very least they should be prosecuted to bankruptcy. To atone for Obama, the nation needs to see massive amounts of punishment for this scum. We need to see their fear, and hear their screams of anguish.
