Ha Yes
“Sort of like in quantum mechanics where you dont know if the cat in the box is dead or alive until you open it.”
The cat knows
When does God begin to love a human life?
Well folks, this IS the natural endpoint of the logic of “not all life is life.” The Nazis called it “the life unworthy of life.” Next up, only the life the state approves of is next.
We have a winner!
Guys/gals I a. 100% with you but religious/God arguments on this are totally useless to these people. If you are an unbeliever, it sounds no different than when a Muslim tells you about why walking in a Jew’s shadow is “unclean.”
Says something about the sayer and nothing about a baby.
You’re nobody till somebody loves you?
Your question: “When does God begin to love a human life?”
When God creates the human being at conception.
Your question: “When does God begin to love a human life?”
When God creates the human being at conception.
Actually as others have said: Jeremiah 1:5...
The word of the LORD came to me:
5Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I dedicated you,
a prophet to the nations I appointed you.* c
Yes. Many people do not realize that they are following the devil in their prideful opinion of God’s Word.
I just hope that we can pray to God and let Him handle the big picture.
I recommend the movie just out: The War Room. It is about a Prayer Room. Powerful and if we trust in the Lord we receive many blessings.
Lighten up, Francis.
Cats always know.
I am reading a great book that you have to read: “Unholy Alliance: Radical Islam and The American Left” by David Horowitz. It is available on Kindle.
I have never read a book that so gets to the heart of what we are up against. David Horowitz gets to the spiritual problem behind the left. They have a dream but it is a dream that does not include God. They are at war with reality and they cannot EVER BE HAPPY. They saw their utopian dream of the Soviet Union turn into a totalitarian nightmare that turned on its own. But they still will not give up because it is their religion—a Godless religion but still a religion. They cannot get rid of their utopian hopes and dreams.
How this effects the churches is that this religious war between communism and Christianity has infiltrated the Christian churches little by little. The communists won the war of ideas even though they have terrible ideas. They won because they were persistent and intelligent in a diabolical way, much like the serpent in the garden. They used the serpents very seductive idea that he had something better than what God had to give. That God was mankind’s enemy and he was mankind’s friend.
So today it is getting harder and harder to tell a communist from a so called “Christian” because the church leaders have bought the communist concepts of the communist colleagues in the universities. If you tell them that they are in agreement with 80-90% of communist ideas they may deny it or perhaps they are so indoctrinated that they may even say “so what”.
See what is happening in Europe with the so called refugees. When Europe was Christian people would not have stood for the Muslim invasion. They would have guarded their countries and culture, understanding that Muslims are a danger to their very survival. But the utopian ideas of the communist have so permeated the culture that even Christians are welcoming the very people who will one day murder their own descendants.
Check out #54. Thanks.
You have to wonder how many of those “mothers” were drunk at the time of conception and how many of them were having sex with multiple men. This is something that is not uncommon these days. Yet Planned Parenthood is always talking about teenage girls who were raped or victims of incest.
How many people have been abused all their lives, does that mean that they are not people?
Very interesting.. I should read this, I’ve heard about it.
When 9/11 happened I thought “this goes back to the Bible”. My belief is that Christianity is a force for extraordinary good in history, and we have been so blessed. But too many started taking our blessings for granted.
The serpent, as you say, is clever and has eroded the belief in our God and his laws ... saying ...do what you want, there is no God, government will solve your problems.
It amazes me that after all these centuries here we are face to face with what has been foretold in the Bible...the massive battle between good and evil.
A quote from the Bible, when Moses took the people to the borders of the promised land: “You are entering into a land of milk and honey. Take care that when your bellies are full, you do not forget your God.”
We have been living in the land of milk and honey for a couple of generations. We are looking to please ourselves with all of the earthly goods and earthly pleasures and we are drifting farther and farther away from God. Get up every day, look at the sun and the blue sky and thank God for those simple things. Simple things really are the best.
So what is your point?
