ALSO among whites in the Federal workforce how many are women getting preferential treatment and affirmative action bennies? If you are a white heterosexual male who would like a Federal job you are screwed. That’s my take. White heterosexual males pay the bulk of Federal taxes yet get screwed out of working for Los Federales.
Unions especially funnel money to the Democrat party.
I thing that there are a ton less whites in government jobs as a percentage of their population than our minorities.
IMO some minorities have only about 15% working in the private sector and that IMO is a problem.

Yup. Lots of Mexican police in the USA now! 52% of the border patrol or so. And 45% of the Los Angeles PD, up from ZERO in 1945.
Makes immense sense to discriminate against the people who created these institutions and hire people from countries which have the worst reputations for police corruption, brutality and hatred for De Ahn-glos.

I worked for the feds for over 30 years. Blacks were hired in large numbers, at mid-level grades. Few of them could actually master any of the jobs they were given. As soon as they got their “time in grade” they were promoted. The higher they moved up, the more white people they needed to straighten out all their mistakes. Once they got high enough in the actual workforce, they were promoted into management to take them out of the actual workflow. In management they could strut around, act like bigshots, and do absolutely nothing.
I can tell you, as a former federal employee, under the Dept. of Defense, Dept. of Commerce - Census Bureau, and the V.A., the ‘diversity’ can override the actual ‘work experience and commutable knowledge’ for the job.
Also, they are far more likely to engage in civil unrest IF YOU TRY TO MAKE CUTS TO THEIR AGENCIES. This is how the gubmint monster ensures its proliferation.
I read the article but didn’t see where they answered the question about why they hire minorities. Quotas?
