Just pointing out that some people, without saying any particular person is in that group, will always insist Apple is first even when they aren’t. If you think that applies to you, well that’s your call to make.

Anyone who uses the term "cultist" to refer to over a billion people who have selected a product made by a particular company is choosing to deliberately insult them. . . you do that because you are the sheep who follow the more popular products.

I didn’t use the word cultist to refer to over a billion people. Plenty of people buy Apple products without insisting Apple did everything first. Much like how there are Beatles fans who enjoy the music but understand their actual place in history and Beatles cultists who insist they invented everything interesting in rock and roll even when members of the band acknowledge who they were copying.

I buy the product that best fits my needs. I’ve got no sense of self or ego tied to it. It’s just products for me.
