As a matter of fact most of the studio heads of yore were REPUBLICANS ( the Warner boys became GOPers during FDR's terms), were VERY pro-American, patriotic, and thanks to most, developed the whole "AMERICAN DREAM" thing and how we see/think of America, when it was still great.
