God had used every kind of person in the Bible, from killers to tax collectors, so for Religious people to believe that it isn’t possible God could use someone would be strange.

It’s impossible to prove either way. We do know Church congregations and individuals have long been praying for this country.
All these people have to remember is that everything that goes on in this world is either God-given, or God-used. So maybe they should just relax.
