Not just red lines. Look at the large version of the photo, there are all sorts of similar lines crossing the surface in the same way.

Fractured crust, fluid underneath leaked out and refroze. Could be like that for a billion years without change.

Or, my Children’s Librarian had a summer project with the kids. It’s the same color scheme as the carpet in the Kid’s area after the last event.

Any chance they are concentric to some impact crater to the bottom, out of the frame?

A wave-like deposition of material, for some reason?
