This guy will never park there again.

Yeah, they just happened along and did this. They also just happened to have a couple of perfectly made white wheelchair drawings, too.
a guy is parked for what? ... a half an hr or more while humanity explodes outside ... NO ONE SAYS< "HEY GEARGE... YOUR CAR"S BEING VANDALIZED ?
A "cop" stands around, allows littering, never cites the driver for unsafe operation due to obstructed vision ...
Hell ... I could go on
BS
Apparently he wasn’t too embarrassed. If that was a cop watching him toss those papers to the ground he should have given him a ticket for littering. OTOH that group should have used this paper with a glued backing. I remember reading about how one university stopped illegal parking by putting a ‘violation’ sticker about 11x14” right over the drivers side of the windshield. You couldn’t peel it off, had to use soapy water and a scraper and it still wasn’t easy either.
If not a set up, it’s vandalism. The idiots should be in jail and the auto owner should be fined for misusing the HC space.
I hate, hate, hate handicapped parking spots! What a great way to encourage all the old folks and cripples to get weaker, more fragile, and more lazy.
Now the sidewalk ramps...THOSE are totally worth it.
ever notice “handicapped” people all seem to be rich going by the expensive cars in the handicap spots?....You rarely see a POS or even lower cost car in a handicap spot....let alone what the spots are intended for ...wheelchair vans
Fyi I'm am handicapped.. but arm amputee so I do not have or want a handicap placard ...
How many people do you know that abuse Handicapped Parking using stickers that belong to others, or using stickers they don’t deserve, or park illegally? The only thing that should be a greater fine for illegally parking in a handicapped spot should be the fine for illegally using the handicapped placard.
I believe in total transparency in all government handouts and benefits except Medicare and Social Security. ALL such benefits including HC stickers, disability, food stamps, welfare cards and most importantly corporations and CEOS getting welfare handouts should be in a searchable and browse-able data base by name and address and company.
If you see your neighbor splitting wood while knowing he is receiving full disability benefits it will reduce abuse.
The only thing I ever notice about handicap parking space is that they are ALWAYS empty.
Not the US,but.......Guys a dork leave him a note call the cops but DO NOT vandalize his car......and especially don’t be stupid enough as to film yourselves doing it........
which is a good thing as its(hopefully) going to be filled by some one who needs not wants its convenience
It’d be quicker and easier just to key the car or let the air out of a couple of the tires.

“Now the sidewalk ramps...THOSE are totally worth it.”
I occasionally have to use a walker if I am going to walk for more than a trip to the supermarket. In malls I have to use the walker.
I am totally against this humbug about “Equal Access”, handicapped parking, ramps and all other “Special Access” features. That is total BS. It is NOT “Equal Access”. It is “Special Treatment”. No, I do not have a handicapped parking sticker because I am dead-set against them.
If all of this humbug suddenly would stop then I would be the first to celebrate.
Sidewall ramps.. so assholes on bikes and skateboarders don’t have to stop at curb and look at a crosswalk...
ive come so close to hitting one of these numbnuts flying on the sidewalk to hall ass down the ramp when im trying to make a right turn.....
People walking in the crosswalk you can see at the curb....
But biker and skateboarder at full speed coming down the sidewalk to try an beat a light..
The curb was a speed bump that made then slow down and look at a crosswalk.... with ramps.. not anymore
I have been told on good authority that a core lock tool to the valve stem will back out the valve so the tire goes flat and has to be changed unless the driver has the tool handy and a portable air compressor ( unlikely). It makes it more likely that meter maid will wander by and write the several hundred $ ticket.
A set of channel locks is quicker and will pull out the core and get the same results although a core replacement will cost $25-40. This information is for entertainment/educational purposes anyone who does this assumes all legal responsibility. This is just what “I have heard” and does not imply any admission of guilt
My 85 year old Mother is severely decrepit, yet refuses to get a handicapped plate.
She is one tough old bird!
1) I am disabled (have Multiple Sclerosis)
2) I have a Handicap Placard
3) I use the placard on days when I don’t have enough energy to walk halfway across a parking lot, especially in high heat/humidity as that exacerbates MS
4) On days I’m feeling good I park as far away as necessary
5) Not all disabled people have visible issues
Yes this guy deserved what he got (if it wasn’t staged) but just because someone isn’t in a wheelchair or missing a limb doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be able to have a better parking spot to make life a little easier. I’d gladly give up my spot if you’d be kind enough to take over the MS for me.
Last July, two months before his 4th birthday, he played T-ball. When he was handed his trophy after the last game, he affected a sour look and said, "what's this for? We didn't win anything!"
That's my boy! lol
There’s one near a local park that a lady would park in and sit and read.
