Gets confusing for AZ.
Right now in L.A. it’s 9:35AM Pacific DST
In PHX, it’s also 9:35 AM Mountain DST
This happens in the Summer only (I think).

It is in the summer because here in Arizona it is not DST it is MST and it stays that way all year. It the rest of the country that is messed up and changing their clocks.
