In EDT it will be 5:00 — three hours different.

Gets confusing for AZ.

Right now in L.A. it’s 9:35AM Pacific DST
In PHX, it’s also 9:35 AM Mountain DST
This happens in the Summer only (I think).

Apparently, AZ doesn’t go to DST so it’s MST in AZ.
