A Texas teen wrenches another girl away from a 3-year-old relative by the victim's hair and beats her as other teens cheer in disturbing footage that has surfaced online.
Police in Dallas suburb Rowlett say the family of the 13-year-old who assaulted the other girl June 19 behind an elementary school will bring her to authorities, who aren’t releasing the juvenile’s name.

Our American civilization seems to be unwinding right in front of us right now.
Dude Africa would not take them! I have known Africans and they don’t act like this. They would be appalled at this behavior. African women do not go around in the streets of what ever African country they are in doing Mortal Kombat on each other.
Even the poorest of Africans have pride.
The N word is not, to me, a racial description, it is a cultural definition and in this case it fits.
That being said I have had black friends that do not fit the description and I know white animals that do.

Could also be that the parts that have been unwinding for decades just got hold of cheap video cameras, and we have the internet.
Instead of parading around their rival's campgrounds waving the heads of their wives and children on pikes, now they post the evidence of their cruelty on Facebook and YouTube.

What was your goal in posting that video link?
I live in a gold mining area and the big mining corporations often send their African workers here to teach, train and share their expertise. They are friendly, smart, well-spoken and great company. The behavior of these people would indeed appall them.
This is just an observation. It seems like they are animals and savages. I know some who are civilized, but the most are not.
