Kenneth Carlisle is among the 30 San Antonio area men arrested in connection with the Waco biker shootout.
Since that shootout, Lindsay Carlisle has been fighting to prove her husband wasn't involved.
"This is has been beyond difficult. The worst nightmare of my entire life."
Lindsay Carlisle is trying to hold it together for her family. She's paying all of the bills, while her husband Kenneth sits in the McClennan County Jail on a one million dollar bond.
"What happened to be innocent until proven guilty? In this case that's not what's happening."
It's been just more than a week since the biker brawl and shootout at Twin Peaks in Waco.
9-people died, 18-were injured, and 170-people were arrested; including Kenneth Carlisle.
Lindsay says he drove her car and had just arrived.
She says he never made it past the parking lot.
"He wasn't wearing any vests, no colors, no bike, was in a vehicle and was in the wrong place, wrong time."

Hi don-o,
Thank you for following this event. It seems some unwilling were arrested in a large dragnet. Has anyone posted the charges of “organized crime activity?” Do you know if any of the arrested have filed habeas corpus petitions? It would seem to me that would get the matter before a Judge, and not a J.P.
What am I missing here?
Again, thanks for staying on top of this.

They can’t come up with a narrative that both fits the facts and hides the truth...
I don’t feel sorry for any outlaw motorcycle gangs whether they’re peaceful or not. They’re helping to keep opium poppy growers, cocaine producers, crystal meth lab operators and PCP distributors in business.
Well, it does make a difference if non-gangsters were arrested without probable cause and I guess there will be more to this story.
My guess is they’ve got several different alternative narratives ready to go but the people in charge realize they just aren’t smart enough to pick the most convincing from the pile of lies they have to choose from and are paralyzed with fear and just can’t decide which narrative to “go with”.
They're working on it. Everyone connected is hunkered down, threatening everyone else to just "keep your {expletive} mouth shut" and so far it is working. The silence from the officials and officers connected is deafening. Meanwhile the coroner and a few key others are probably figuring out just what exactly their price is. I'd bet good money there are a few people who end up retiring next year, heading to a large beach house on the gulf coast with a good sized fishing boat out in the gulf...
I know that sounds cynical but... The whole setup and run-up to the incident stinks; it shouldn't take nearly this long to process 9 bodies and evidence; the complete and effective clamp down on all information smacks of serious CYA by the LEO depts involved; stories of witnesses leaking out do not correlate well with "official" statements; the entire attitude of the legal system in that neck of the woods seems high-handed and condescending. So yeah, I have serious doubts as to the honesty and integrity behind the "official" story. It just isn't adding up to a good outcome for law enforcement. I think they f'd up, big time, and are scrambling to mitigate the damage.
Where the hell does this woman live? In some kind of dream world?
Woman, this is the USA, the land of g0vt officials and law enforcement officials, enforcers of the and for the lords of the oligarchy. Pay up or watch you hubby make big rocks into little rocks till your old and dry.
I have not seen anyone on these threads who "feels sorry for any outlaw motorcycle gangs." I HAVE seen a couple who interpret insistence of NOT trampling on Amendments 1, 2, 4,5,9 and 14 to be "feeling sorry..." We call those folks trolls.
They will be here. Please do not feed them.
The police have finally got their stories straight. They have made their videos to accompany their stories. Most importantly, they have found that the public at large, including Waco does not give a damn. In fact, since these are such a hated group, the public applauds them and cheers them on.
Here's something that came to my mind reading the Chief's Friday briefing. He stated that all his officers were sitting in their vehicles when the trouble began. Now, according to Swanton, the had intel that folks were coming intent on making trouble.
Sitting in a car does not seem to be the optimum deployment for preventing or stoping trouble once it starts.
Do you know if any of the arrested have filed habeas corpus petitions? It would seem to me that would get the matter before a Judge, and not a J.P.
There has been some of that. The authorities have slow walked it from the get go.
Eventually, one will produced that will match what their story line will be.
“I have not seen anyone on these threads who “feels sorry for any outlaw motorcycle gangs”
What I said, I just felt like saying. I don’t care if anyone else said the same thing or not.
Anyway, this case is not really the best to have presented itself for asserting and/or defending certain amendments to the Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc...NINE people were shot to death, man...and they were all members of outlaw biker gangs!
You can take that to the bank. Once it matches their storyline it will be out.
Oh, the police know exactly who the perps were. They just do not want the truth to get out.
Beware the wrath of a quiet man.
I’ve always got more questions than answers after any of these ‘news reports’ and I keep feeling more and more uneasy every time I read one.
I know there are legal reasons that a criminal case can’t be discussed, but the lack of content in these articles is astounding! This one doesn’t even give the charge on which the guy was arrested. At a minimum the formal charge should be given — they ‘why’ in the ‘who, what, when, where, why’ that every journalist is supposed to cover in an article.
Aside from that, I’m starting to wonder about the search and seizure that took place and which apparently accounts for most of the ‘weapons’ the LEOs keep bragging about.
Were there individual warrants for vehicles or did the cops declare an area the size of a football field as a ‘crime scene’ and not get individual warrants?
Always more questions...
The police have thus far avoided providing real information by tossing self-serving crumbs to the press and the incompetent, cowardly press doesn’t ask the bigger questions that need answers.
It all still stinks at this point.
A wife is not exactly a good alibi. He better do better then that in proving his innocence.
