Do you know if any of the arrested have filed habeas corpus petitions? It would seem to me that would get the matter before a Judge, and not a J.P.

There has been some of that. The authorities have slow walked it from the get go.

Thanks for posting the link. I read through it some. Maybe I’m exaggerating but under that law it seems everyone is a criminal.
