To your point...the relevant facts can be proved or disproved from police records. For example, his garb and vehicle. She says he was wearing no vest which indicated he had no identifying patches (as required for the Texas Organized Crime law which he was arrested for violating.)
LE KNOWS what he was wearing.
She said he drove her car. LE KNOWS what he was driving.
Such simple matters of fact make one wonder how the wife would think she could get away with lying (which is what I hear you implying.)

Sport ... I know it's easy to get discourated and in fact this Waco thing has me more than discouraged -- it has me sadly accepting that America is now officially in its last days -- people like naps are the ones I'm really worried about. I am confident that Democrats cheat because in real numbers, they are the minority. It was a balance of pretend, imaginary voters that "elected" Obama -- most Americans think Obama stinks, and reader comments at the majority of MSM news sites confirms it in spades, by a margin of about two to one.
HOWEVER, that so many otherwise stalwart patriot FReepers who've been here for years are still laboring under the illusion of Waco "cops versus bad-ass bikers" that had me fooled as well for the first two weeks, when I thought EXACTLY that this was a matter of criminal bikers getting what they deserved and the cops deserve metals -- that is what I believed for TWO WEEKS -- that so many FReepers are STILL buying it, is WAY more worrisome, to me.
Naps, you should know better -- you have ZERO excuse, and you are responsible all by yourself for allowing yourself to be duped when it is SO EASY to simply do your own due diligence, find the facts for yourself, and realize that YOU HAVE BEEN TOOK. That's what I did -- I admit I was as took as took could be for two weeks.
Naps and all the rest of you regular FReepers I pinged who are still being fooled, these supposed hard-core bikers threw-down and started shooting in full view of SIX MARKED COP CARS. If you do your own due diligence, you will absolutely learn that that is the narrative. And if you swallow that -- then you are a sitting duck to be used, robbed, cheated, and ENSLAVED, and you are HELPING your slavemasters.
