"The average American woman weighs 166.2 pounds" Wow! I weighed less than that when I got out of high school.

You can thank the govt’s food pyramid for the expanding American.
Feeding high calorie carbs to activity restricted individuals is how we used to fatten beef cows. And it works every time.

Much of the additional 30 pounds is amyloid plaque and sawdust in the brain pan. There is no other explanation for two Bushes, a Clinton, and an Obama as President, with yet another Bush and another Clinton being serious contenders for the Presidency.

But don't you dare engage in telling a morbidly-obese woman that she should exercise more and eat less.
The feminists will shriek at you over "fat shaming".

166 lbs is how much a man 5 feet 11 should weigh to be healthy. For the average woman about 5 feet 5 that’s about 40 lbs overweight. Sorry.

Is Obesity a Disease or a Moral Failing? It's an outcome of eating too many calories.

Maybe we should all start smoking again. It would help with the weight.

I blame the fatness of Americans on antibiotics. Farmers have been giving antibiotics to meat animals for about 50 years, knowing that it would make them bigger and fatter. Now, it’s messed up out gut flora and we get big for the same reason.

1. I’m resigned that I will never return to my original weight, but 7 pounds, 8 ounces is not realistic.
2. My last chance for a smoking hot body is my cremation.
Two humorous lines from the net recently.

Oh oh. The Democrats are in trouble. It used to be that they would run homosexuals in the military stories when they needed to distract people.

Remember a story in women’s magazines a few years back, which indicated that women’s boyfriends and husbands made them fat? Something about having to cater to the men in their lives plus eating out made them fat, as I recall???

Funny thing was: in the 1960s we heard how much women were seeking equality.
It looks like they achieved it.
