The number one advice Elizabeth Banks has for high school girls has nothing to do with hard work, self-confidence or chasing dreams.
In a Variety piece entitled, Elizabeth Banks on Becoming a Director, Mentoring Young Women, news editor Alex Stedman spoke with actress Elizabeth Banks (Spider-Man, The 40-Year-Old Virgin) about her recent accomplishments, including Banks directorial feature debut in Pitch Perfect 2. At the end of the interview, Banks revealed her biggest advice to high school girls: birth control.

Some floozy?
Good grief, this is ridiculous.
Not sure who this Banks person is, but didn’t Ted Cruz just upbraid some Lefty over the fact that the Left is consumed by sex? That they have this prurient, unquenchable fixation on sex?
These people are just plain weirdos.
Sleep around a lot in high school, Liz?
As always, Liberals treat the symptoms and not the cause. Same thing with Poverty.
actors........what DON’T they know.
Yet “speaks” ANOTHER Hollywood WHORE!
How to act...
My number one piece of advice for anyone: Don’t take advice from people who make their living pretending to be someone they aren’t and reciting words that were written by someone else as if they were their own.
In Medieval & Roman times, actors were considered ignoble and equivalent to slaves.
My how America has “progressed”!
Just like a lot of lib female actors, not bad looking ‘till they open that YAP.
In the modern context total reliance on birth control for people who have not a bias toward life and God is probably the only sensible position. The society pressures girls to get all the sex they can as a requirement for being “equal” and at the same time males are being conditioned to believe that any girl should be fair game. The classical Communists called free love “community of women” and meant by that that all females should be available to men- at least to all Party men, all the time, with no attachment on the part of the men and ideally no attachment on the part of the women. That is effectively what the modern sexual scene is more and more resembling. That and the constant attack on local police says that the Leninist handbook has been brought out and is being used as an operating manual now almost openly. We are no longer approaching the edge of the cliff. We are departing from it rapidly.
Its good to avoid becoming an unwed mother statistic.
But there is some other advice which should be discussed.
Such as, girls, keep your legs closed. Be careful about involvement with men. Don’t let lustful thoughts control your life.
Or are we so into sex activity that we can’t imagine not having casual sex??? What are we really saying here???
It’s just called ‘hooking up’ these days. ‘Friends with Benefits’ is another term when someone is sleeping with a friend but not emotionally attached. Really. I remember, back in the 70’s, a friend of a friend saying ‘I didn’t sleep with any guy this month so I basically wasted my pill pack’. This casual attitude toward sex has been around for a long time. It is being pushed more now because the Libs are in control. I’m sad that so many young women sell themselves short these days. I hope that the emotion ‘love’ won’t be relegated to the dustbin of history. It’s such a wonderful state of being. (please ignore my grammar)
Ironic since every character I have ever seen her play has had a baby/been pregnant out of wedlock. She’s built up quite a resume on this angle.
On Scrubs, on 30 Rock, on Modern Family.
They think they are “free” now that they can act as if they had the libido of adolescent males. They are chaining themselves up with it emotionally and even physically.
