Thanks! I have a picture that may be a good test. My guess it is a young robin but with acojoined twin. It was in our parking lot a few years ago and appears to have 4 functioning wings.

When I see PETA in the website name I have think Hmmm, is PETA involved? Are they trying to get us to help build them a map of all the bird places they’d want to protect? More private property restrictions on the way? It’s just the cynic in me, I guess.

FWIW the website also came up with American Robin. With the wings and being young I wasn't sure.
