Yea, this place was specifically located in the middle of Oak Lawn, which is the gayest neighborhood in the DFW area.

I can see some people going there for the thrill/shock value, and I’m sure they’ll get a decent number of bachelorette parties, but other than that, the target is definitely the gayborhood.
