A new report claims that 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar was named in an underage sexual abuse probe.
According to InTouch, Josh's father Jim Bob turned him in to Arkansas State Police after 'he caught him leaving a young girl’s bedroom and learned something inappropriate happened.'
The charge being pursued at that time was sexual assault in the fourth deg

Relative to the rest of society, this sounds like “normal” behavior. At least it was a girl... Maybe he was “inspired” by his parents’ creepy behavior...and their constant discussion of their sexual and reproductive activity, which is really TMI.
The secular world is out to get the Duggers. I think I will wait for more information to become public.

Depending on the charge, there may be no statute of limitation. In Arkansas sex cases, generally Class A Felonies have no limit, and Class A Misdemeanors can be brought until the victim is 28 years old.
ANYONE raised in the weird conditions supported by this more than unusual family....would be so sexually frustrated as to be paranoid...I was not sexually active until I married, but kisses, necking etc were certainly part of courting. They are a wonderful family but totally unrealistic.

I first heard the rumor years ago and at the time the victim was supposedly one of his sisters. I didn’t think much of the story except that it was probably another attempt by the left to take down someone from the religious right. I hope the story isn’t true.

Gil the dad of the family has a tree service business & is a minister. The family has started a church and Gil is the minister. Their kids also have volunteered in the community such as being Volunteer Firemen a huge necessity in this county. VFD's are often our medical first responders in the rural area.
Really their dating rules were not that uncommon a generation or two ago. I'm 57 and knew kids growing up living under similar dating rules. Christian family with 19 kids
