Relative to the rest of society, this sounds like “normal” behavior. At least it was a girl... Maybe he was “inspired” by his parents’ creepy behavior...and their constant discussion of their sexual and reproductive activity, which is really TMI.

Depending on the charge, there may be no statute of limitation. In Arkansas sex cases, generally Class A Felonies have no limit, and Class A Misdemeanors can be brought until the victim is 28 years old.
