If I was Mosby, right after I learned to speak properly, I would have presented my evidence to a grand jury.

It seems to me that if I cannot convince a majority 23 people that there is enough evidence to indict a person, then it might tell me that I will have trouble convincing a trial jury to convict based on a much higher standard.

And I would further inform the mob that i will not be rushed or otherwise intimidated into acting in a manner that was not just or based in fact, and that if they persisted in such efforts, they would find themselves charged.
