BOOM: Veteran Attorney Reveals Baltimore Prosecutor Could Face JAIL for What She Just Did
You may perhaps have noticed the swiftness and sloppiness with which Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby charged the six officers involved in Freddie Gray’s arrest with his death.
A number of other people have noticed, too — notably Page Croyder, an attorney and 20-year veteran of the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office. In a blog post that was picked up by the Baltimore Sun, Croyder said that Mosby could even be jailed for false arrest.
She also said that, if not an arrest, the attorney was opening herself up to a civil suit by the policemen in the Freddie Gray case.
In the blog post, Croyder wrote, “Mosby has undermined the cause of justice rather than promoted it with her haste. She has created an expectation of guilt and conviction. But her own charging documents do not even support the most sensational charge of second degree murder, and they raise multiple points of doubt about other charges.

She’s trashing the case on purpose to protect the cops while seeming to support the street.
The case against the cops will be duly dismissed for misfeasance, and she will be duly rewarded with a higher political position.

A grand jury was the exact prescription for the situation in Baltimore. Ordinary people asking their questions, determining whether or not there is cause to charge the officers. It would not have smacked of political expediency, or political opportunism. What could have been fairer?
I agree that Mosby will never go to jail.
However, if the charged officers are acquitted by a jury because of Mosby’s rushed actions and Baltimore explodes into more rioting, I wonder who will be blamed?
Someone should explain to Page Croyder exactly how the American Jesters System actually works...
And Loretta Lynch is injecting her ugly mug into it too.
During its early days the equivalent of grand juries saved the Roman Republic from anarchy and dissolution.
Recall during the Ferguson mess a few black lefties called for the elimination of the grand jury and implementation of street justice for all whites.
There is little time.
I don’t think they cared one bit about settling down the riots and looters. They had ever opportunity to do so but refused to act and willingly allowed Baltimore to burn.
They want to federalize the police AND protect the local cops AND satisfy the street that they're doing everything they can to support Black "social justice."
And that's exactly what you see happening right in front of your eyes.

That’s exactly why she didn’t convene a grand jury. She knows as well as anyone that the charges are bogus, but she wants the fame and the approval of that community.
