Question about the Texas Muslims
vanity
Posted on 05/05/2015 6:42:14 AM PDT by BenLurkin
I get that the two were armed. Each carried a rifle, apparently.
But why are they called heavily armed in "news" reports?
What other weapons were they carrying?

Body armor and two AKs.
Not sure if the bomb squad found anything.
Islam is a ‘religion of works’ whereby the followers believe they are immediately transported to heaven if they die in Jihad.
Basically, any Muslim convert should be tracked by the FBI because it’s a mental disease death cult.
Of course, instead the ‘anti-Islamic hate group’ is being blamed for exercising their First Amendment rights. Welcome to libtard America!

Media definition of
heavily armed:

In all seriousness, that is a good question.

I think that since the MSM reported that they were carrying “assault weapons”, the presumption to them is heavily armed.

Yes they each had a rifle. They were armed. No question about it.
But why are they being called “heavily armed?”

You cannot go by what the clueless media calls “heavily armed.” To them, a sharpened nail file is “heavily armed” if it sells papers.
I would call a rifle heavily armed, and a pistol lightly armed.

“They had Aks with drum mags.”
Drum mags and body armor says they were there to kill a hundred plus people. Probably had sponsors.

Heavily armed, in the same manner that OJ Simpson was in a high speed pursuit while in the white Bronco. Just saying..

Only to use my Alabama wisdom here.....but evidently, they weren’t heavily-armed-enough, thus meeting their end and requiring more time to do the cop paperwork on the episode than the actual fire-time between said-party-A and said-party-B.
To: BenLurkin
Rifles against handguns is heavily armed unless your Shaft, in that case you and your snub nose .38 can take on the army and win.

I saw somewhere that both rifles had drum magazines. Seventy five or one hundred rounds of 7.62 without having to change magazines, times two, is pretty heavy.

Ah yes. Shaft. Took a .45 slug from a Tommy Gun in the afternoon - was swinging through a window on a rope later that evening.
