Lousy skipper or unwilling to tow the Obama line? Now that women have been forced onto ships and boats it is pretty easy for someone to get hit with a harassment suit, whether real or imagined.

Not a lousy skipper. He had previous tours as captain of an Aegis class destroyer and executive office of the cruiser he was dismissed from. More likely not following the PC line coming out of the Defense Dept. these days.
