The FSU “cleat chaser” I think the guy is a POS, but I don’t believe a word of her story.

There was cell phone video of the rape and one of the thug’s bros deleted the recording. Also, there is yet another male student who witnessed the whole thing.

It’s not surprising. The football system will go to the greatest lengths to cover for those that do wrong. A lot of these guys, like Hernandez, get protected from their acts of wrong doing their entire lives, until they cannot be protected.

There are Colorado lawyers on this case who represented a woman several years ago making the same allegations against some University of Colorado football players. Eventually, they forced the top two administrators at CU Boulder to leave, ended Gary Barnett's coaching career and sent CU football down into a low from which it still hasn't recovered.
They are dangerous.

I think she has a better case against the University since the campus police screwed the investigation up and she was harassed on campus after filing the claim. However, the Winston suit I would predict will be settled out of court. His Team and Winston doesn’t need this hanging over their head while he is trying to play professional football....

When I signed my first MLB contract, I was assigned to a special advisor on how to conduct myself in public, in private and especially with females in both settings. Saved me a lot of trouble!!!! Walter O’Malley was a wise man who protected his investments.

She’s smelling his signing bonus. Smartest thing he could do is marry her. That will make the lawsuit go away and then he can negotiate a settlement for her to go away.

Exactly. We had a thug on the TN Titans a few years back. The punk was always in trouble. Nothing was done until he went on and on. Yes he had cover up after cover up done for him his entire college and pro career until the very end.

Possibly, but it often doesn’t matter. If the kid is a football star, he can get away with it.
