The First Lady of these United States is now urging Americans to stop drinking sweet tea.
Yes – friends – you heard correctly. Mrs. Obama has declared war on the House Wine of the South. It’s all part of her anti-obesity campaign — called Let’s Move.
The website Free Beacon was the first to report on her latest culinary atrocities – urging us to wash down our lettuce and bean sprouts with unsweetened tea.
The First Lady also told Americans to stay away from all-you-can-eat buffets — which I’m sure is great news for all those folks employed by all-you-can-eat buffets.

I stopped drinking all sugared beverages in favor of diet green tea. Then replaced drinking water with the green tea also. It’s been a couple of years and no regrets.
She commented in the past that she has a weakness for French Fries.
Michelle O could have a greater impact on obesity by pushing for food stamps only being used for healthy food. I can’t tell how many times I have seen food stamp recipients using their food stamps to buy soda, candy and junk food.

ON PAPER, White House budgeting includes meals. That doesn’t include all the fancy schmancy entertaining they love to do for other losers!
Schooling is paid for by the obozos - supposedly! The cost is $35,000 per year and that INCLUDES LUNCH - but NOT the fare their mother set forth for public school students!
If you want to have fun, search for items in the White House budget. I think it’s like the form Hillary should have signed when she left the State Department - there are requirements for the president to meet certain expenses BUT. We always hear that the presidents (any of them) pay for personal trips on Air Force One. Has anyone ever seen proof of that?

I make my own pitcher of tea and sweeten it with sweet n low. I love it and I do not intend to change a thing. I am all for people doing their own thing because what others choose to do is not any business of mine.
i learned to drink it in my late teens... pretty much out of convenience... i wanted to break my Coca-Cola habit, so i started ordering iced tea... i would get it at a fastfood drive thru... well, i would order it and then ask for sugar packets to put in the tea... not so easy to do when you are in the car... removing the lid, open the packets, pouring the sugar into the cup... using the straw to stir... putting the lid back on... and then the sugar packet trash and little grains of sugar in the cupholder... no bueno...
i eventually just skipped all the sugar rigmarole and "learned" to drink unsweetened tea... now it is the only way i will drink it... no sugar... no artificial sweetner... no fruit flavor... love it!
I can’t remember when, if ever, I drank iced tea with sugar or any type of sweetener, natural or artificial. I’ve never been a big drinker of pop/soda, even as a kid; thus Moose-shell can stick her nosiness where .....
Although an occasional (and rare) Pepsi with brandy is nice and relaxing.
