Given recent activities by members of the great ‘religion of peace’ with regard to archaeological sites, I guess I can tolerate the odd piece of chewing gum every now and again.

That’s alright. In a few years British Muslims are just going to bulldoze it anyway.

This is just a new lib movement (similar to a bowel movement) called Occupy Stonehenge; they just didn’t have a police car to take a dump on.

Can’t have anything nice around here all because some people won’t take their trash with them, including the discarded condoms and syringes. They need to restrict it again except to very small groups who will leave a bond, or some sort of money down to cover possible damages.

It comes as it emerged volunteers and staff at the site were "left in tears" following the last summer solstice as they were forced to clear up vomit and faeces. "You can't dust for vomit."

The idiots, as usual, ruin it for everyone else....very common and very sad....fence the thing off, no one gets to within 5 feet of the stones....walk along and look through a fence...PATHETIC...

The fact that they let multitudes of people inside the circle every solstice kills me. As a tourist there in 2006, we had to stay on the other side of the rope that encircled the henge. Pissed me off.
