Warren dings Walker over comments on unions and ISIS
The Hill ^ | 2/28/2015 | Kevin Cirilli

Warren, who is closely aligned with progressive union groups, ripped Walker in a tweet Saturday for what some saw as a comparison between union members and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria:

"If Scott Walker sees 100,000 teachers & firefighters as his enemies, maybe it's time we take a closer look at his friends.”

In a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Thursday, Walker said, “If I can take on 100,000 protestors, I can do the same across the world.”

Walker, a possible 2016 presidential candidate for the GOP, tried to walk back his comments after his speech, which drew criticism from the left.

They are our enemies. Now let’s have a civil war and get this all sorted out.

What part of “If I can take on 100,000 protestors, I can do the same across the world.” did you not understand?

It doesn’t seem like a ding to me, but I do not see unions as good.

Walker never compared them to ISIS.
The Progtards HAVE called him Hitler and a Nazi over and over however.
They hate and fear him because he beats them every time...

I understood it.

Deace’s point was that it was an analogy that gave an opening to the Left to whine that “Walker is saying that Americans who protest are terrorists.”

The protesters in Wisconsin WERE terrorists. They even made lots of death threats.

There are many ways for Walker to say the same thing without giving the Left a handle for whining for a week or two.

The blond haired, blue eyed American Indian.

Wow, when said like that she is quite the minority. After all a blond, blue eyed squaw would really stand out on the reservation. I hope she wasn’t made fun of at the casino.

"If Scott Walker sees 100,000 teachers & firefighters as his enemies, maybe it's time we take a closer look at his friends.”

I'll bet you his friends don't send death threats to him and his family or describe the things they'll do to his wife.

Tell you what, maybe it's time we take a closer look at the teachers and firefighters who sent those death threats first and then have a look at his friends?

She would not have responded if the comment wasn't effective.

The Left is trying to take out Walker before he gets too powerful (and popular).

Walker never made any such comparison. What he did was mention both groups in a single sentence .Media perverts twisted it so it would look like he did. The problem is I heard so called conservative talkies repeat the accusation. Because a lot of them think they’re geniuses and shoot their mouths off with out researching their topic.

When you put long blonde hair and a headdress on her she almost takes on the appearance of 80s era Heather Locklear. How’d you do that?

Walker was right. Our nation cannot sustain the anti-production regulatory regime or its debts.

If only firefighters could make $160,000/year like the teachers, but their unions keep selling them out.

Walker made a mistake by mentioning his domestice problem in the same sentence or paragraph as ISIS or terrorists.

Walker’s experience in Wisconsin is NOT the basis of his ability to fight terrorism. What IS the basis of his ability to fight terrorism is what he BELIEVES and KNOWS about terrorism.

THAT’s what he should talk about: the fact that Islam is a violent, totalitarian ideology; the fact that the U.S. government has been seized by partisans of that violent, totalitarian ideology.

If Walker would make clear that he sees the threat from Islam and the vast infiltration of government, universities and other institutions by Muslim operatives, then his experience with unions in Wisconsin is pretty much irrelevant.

He’s handled himself surpringly well. This is not a “macaca” episode even then that should have been shut down. Speculating about a woulda shoulda coulda means nothing and lends credabilty to the charge.
IT’S.... HE DIDN’T SAY THAT.....THE OPPOSITION MADE THAT UP THEY’RE LYING....THEY’RE AFRAID OF THIS GUY.....
