Attacking fossil fuels doesn’t help the poor
The Hill ^ | 2/13/2015 | Charles Clough

If limiting fossil fuel usage is so disastrous for the poor, how can Obama, through EPA administrator Gina McCarthy, claim to the Vatican that his policies help the least fortunate? This argument rests on the assumption that preventing climate change will protect the poor from rising seas, worsening droughts, and the extreme climate events that are allegedly linked to global warming. This claim is false on two counts...

Getting rid of coal and oil helps the poor the same way denying medical care helps the sick.

Geez, don’t you people understand anything?

If the Globe is Warming,

OR

If the Globe is Cooling,

Do we get to implement Government Control over everything now?

Of course it doesn't. But every good progressive program or idea NEEDs a villain.

Fossil fuels = Villain.

CO2 = Villain.

Fracking = Villain.

Paper shopping bags = Villain.

Plastic shopping bags = Villain.

etc.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!

Lesson for today:

1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.

2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.

4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.

5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.

Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

As if progressives cared about the poor. They are just another tool to be used to further their agenda.

Every kind of energy is used by the poor (and rich). There are both poor and middle class people building their own great home energy systems with their own homebuilt, unapproved, unlisted, uncertified and *superior* components (better than manufactured energy system components, e.g., solar collectors, drainback tanks, heat exchangers).

Political speech against any kind of energy is detrimental. The push against coal for power plants was mostly a push from natural gas interests (contrary to the propaganda).

Depose the bipartisan, socialist, political/regulator class. If not, defund, then depose them.

What they are distracting from with the speech about man-caused global warming:

1. Solar activity is way down (fluctuations, mostly toward cold). It’s natural and happens once in a while.

2. The magnetic field is a mess (increased seismic activity and volcanism, weather patterns moved to different areas for a while, weather fluctuations). Once in a great while, the north magnetic pole drifts away and increase speed while doing so (disregard recent data set revisions by the NOAA). The field breaks up into unusual patterns and does affect geological and weather conditions.

They want to keep knowledge to themselves and corner markets in the future. They don’t want populations to get hysterical or further antagonistic to one another (e.g., nations competing for resources).

It’s all natural and physical. Things will be rough for many for some time. That’s...well, rough, and it’s no fault of human beings...except maybe for increased human corruption of other kinds (kinds other than using our machines and real private properties). But that’s another important discussion (morality, obeying G-d on how to treat other human beings).
