Driving with one hand on the steering wheel is inviting a tragedy to happen. Other conditions make it more likely and more deadly.
What was he smoking?
He rear ended a car that was stopped at a light with enough force to push it into the intersection. Either he was stoned or is a very negligent driver.
Didn’t he ‘voluntarily’ agree to go to the hospital for a blood test? Could mean the cops were also suspicious.
I'm sure the victim's family is happy to know she was killed by a non-texting driver. That makes it all better. (/sarc if you really need it)

Cigarettes aren’t the only thing he puts in his mouth.
He is not holding that in a way that it can be smoked. Not sure what it is, but I doubt it is a cigarette.
If he has to serve time for involuntary manslaughter or negligent homicide, does he do it in a mens or womens institute?
This might work out well for him. If he goes to prison, then the state can pay for his sex change operation.
If it’s a cigarette, he is burning the heck out of his fingers, if he is throwing it out the window, he is breaking a serious law in California. I’m not sure but isn’t that a felony because of wildfires?

Lets see, ... how many differences can we find?
1) The iPhone 6 Plus is gone,
2) Cars in the lane next to him that didn’t exist in the earlier picture,
3) Escalade front-end is diving down from hard braking in the original picture - not true in this new picture as evidenced by the larger distance from top of the left front tire to the fender well,
4) This new pic doesn’t show the moment of impact, and could have been taken anywhere up or down the road, before or after, even after the collision as he sits in his vehicle taking a Xanax.

I have never held my cigarette like that and that cigarette is shorter than the filter is. Even people who smoke filter-less cigarettes don’t smoke them down that far.
In other words— Jenner was stoned when he rear ended that woman’s car.
