I perform abortions because of my religious belief. I would feel I wasnt living up to my Christian responsibility if I saw the need to not offer an answer to that need. We have a saying among Presbyterians that God alone is Lord of the conscience.
Abortionist James Armstrong, in the 1990′s film Whose Choice?
Such doublespeak— you see it a lot today. Fringe, crazy groups try to take words and ideas and change their meaning or ban them. No, it has never been Christian to abort a baby!
Orwell lives. As my Dad used to say about Marxists, they simply redefine words to mean what they want them to mean.
A lot of Christian ministers aren’t doing their jobs. Is why we get ones like this.
“Choose life” and “bring unto me the little children” seem to have gone out of favor in this guy’s “church?”
“We have a saying among Presbyterians...”
Ah, liberal Presbyterians....
Deuteronomy 30:19. Though I guess his sect doesn’t believe in the Old Testament anymore.
Nor in the New...Matthew 5:17.
He’s making it up.
Presbyterians are the ones that have “The Ten Suggestions”, right?
Wonder how well that reasoning will go over on Judgment Day.
Not just the Presbys
Amen. When I was a child preachers took St. Paul’s words seriously. They would rebuke those who strayed.
He sure has a distorted view of Christianity!
He learned well from Nasty Pelosi who claims abortion is sacred to ‘her’ Catholic faith.
Somehow, Brian Williams will try this.
“He learned well from Nasty Pelosi who claims abortion is sacred to her Catholic faith.”
“Her” Catholic faith eh? Remember that Star Trek episode “Mirror Mirror”?
