You make untrue assumptions.

Cellulite is a lifestyle choice. I can eliminate it every time, with diet, exercise and massage.

I can eliminate your weight and cellulite problems, if you work on it.

It says she’s a size 14! When is a size 14 plus size? Even a 16?

Maybe you aren't listening. Cellulite is a lifestyle choice.

There is no magic pill that will cure cellulite. You need a program that addresses all of the ‘root cause’ issues of cellulite for the body appearance you want.

For most people, the root cause falls into these areas:
Weight - you will not eliminate cellulite if you are overweight. This is the first priority
Diet – Eliminate Sugar and Grains
Exercise - We recommend a combination of strength training and aerobic exercise to build muscle and burn fat. Exercise is not optional. We show some specific exercises
Lifestyle - A sedentary lifestyle can reduce blood flow to the thighs and buttocks. These are the main cellulite areas. Sitting for long periods of time, and crossing your legs restricts blood flow that allows fat to grow.

Women have cellulite, period. You don't like it, flip to men with bird legs.

Cellulite is more common in women because their underlying fat cell structure is different from that of men. In men, the connective bands of tissue appear in a crisscross pattern that controls and holds the fat better. On the other hand, women have tissue bands that are vertical, making it easier for the fat cells to push upwards.

That said, women can eliminate cellulite's appearance with diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. I also recommend cellulite reduction massage.

Breast feed your baby. Read to them. Love them. Don't feed them sugar, grains, or processed foods. Make sure they exercise.

They will not have cellulite as they grow and develop. The adult Cellulite look is a lifestyle choice.

"It says she’s a size 14! When is a size 14 plus size? Even a 16?"

The excerpt says she's a 16.

Look, I'm not bashing her. She isn't morbidly obese, and she's pretty. But sizes 14 and 16 are specified as "large" on size charts...16 is sometimes extra-large. I think a 14 is for a 34-inch waist. That's not huge, but it is bigger than normal.

And belly fat is the most dangerous fat. Visceral fat – the type that gathers around your internal organs – is far more dangerous than you might think. Abdominal obesity is far more dangerous than having a total BMI in the obese range.

No grains. No sugar.

Yes, belly fat can be harmful when it comes to health, but I’m not into food fads or completely eliminating any food group from my diet. I do try to eat low-carb, which keeps my weight at a good level.

I’m not advocating super thinness for women, either. I don’t think that’s attractive or sexy, and as someone who was really thin in my twenties, I know I got a lot more male attention once I gained enough weight to have curves (not fat).

Sugar should not be considered a food group. Sugar is poison.

I’m not sure what you mean our nation is fat as hell

Free Republic loves chunky women which is understandable considering

I grew up when less women were tan or Pilates sculpted by I saw more fat zero self image pride females in one day than I saw in 5 years as a boy 50 years ago

It’s ridiculous

But it’s salad days for fat women loving freepers

I like flat tummies big boobs delicate ankles and a kind face

So shoot me

"Sugar should not be considered a food group. Sugar is poison."

Sugar has no nutritional value, but as I once heard a nutritionist say, is just another carbohydrate. I believe carbs should be reduced just for general good health and to prevent weight gain.

But I'm not going to deprive myself of anything completely. Dark chocolate, which contains sugar, is good for you. And I love having it in my life. :)

Can’t believe it hasn’t been posted yet....so here tis...

Are you gonna take me home tonight?
Oh, down beside that red firelight;
Are you gonna let it all hang out?
Fat bottomed girls,
You make the rockin’ world go round.

Hey
I was just a skinny lad
Never knew no good from bad,
But I knew life before I left my nursery,
Left alone with big fat Fanny,
She was such a naughty nanny!
Hey big woman you made a bad boy out of me!
Hey hey!

I’ve been singing with my band
Across the water, across the land,
I seen ev’ry blue eyed floozy on the way, hey
But their beauty and their style
Went kind of smooth after a while.
Take me to them lardy ladies every time!

See? Even the poofters liked the big girls.

When Freddie Mercury died my ex asked me how he died. I said he died from AIDS...She said “I didn’t know he was gay”

I’m not exactly sure how she could have missed it. But she did.

Maybe the best voice in Rock history. R.I.P. Freddie...where ever you are.

I understand, and I 'cheat' now and then. But I do look at a piece of bread as a candy bar. And I only eat a very small piece of very high quality chocolate.

I didn't have a clue, but I have NO "gaydar".

Paul Lynde surprised me as well.

“Paul, why do motorcyclists wear leather jackets?”

"Because chiffon wrinkles."
