I think a 14 is for a 34-inch waist. That's not huge, but it is bigger than normal.

And belly fat is the most dangerous fat. Visceral fat – the type that gathers around your internal organs – is far more dangerous than you might think. Abdominal obesity is far more dangerous than having a total BMI in the obese range.

Yes, belly fat can be harmful when it comes to health, but I’m not into food fads or completely eliminating any food group from my diet. I do try to eat low-carb, which keeps my weight at a good level.

I’m not advocating super thinness for women, either. I don’t think that’s attractive or sexy, and as someone who was really thin in my twenties, I know I got a lot more male attention once I gained enough weight to have curves (not fat).
