His changing look has been a much-buzzed-about topic for months, and now PEOPLE has confirmed that Bruce Jenner has been quietly making a very personal change. The former Olympian will soon be living life as female.
"Bruce is transitioning to a woman," says a source close to the family. "He is finally happy and his family is accepting of what he's doing. He's in such a great space. That's why it's the perfect time to do something like this."
And according to a different Jenner insider, the 65-year-old reality star is filming his momentous journey, to be shared with viewers on a docu-series this year. "It will air when he is ready to be open about his transition," the source tells PEOPLE. "But he's acting more and more confident and seems very happy."

I was joking with my kids School Principal this week. He grew up and still lives very rural. He said in the early 80s his Dad finally got a small B/W TV and they wired it to a metal pole they drove into the ground outside so they could catch a Cardinals Baseball Game. How any of us watched old B/W TV is amazing when you now are used to HDTV.
I have some old VHS tapes of old White Sox baseball games. In color, but still the quality is shocking different to what most people have now.

Agreed. I worked with a guy who dressed like a woman. Had a wife and a couple of kids. Couldn’t go thru the change without losing his insurance for his family. Never saw him dressed as a man and as a woman, he was hideous. Couldn’t help but feel sorry for him.
LOL watch out for all the soy (like estrogen) used in sooo many processed foods.
On a side note, he made a free republic thread a couple of weeks ago and everyone said he was sick. I gave him the benefit of a doubt, as I usually do.

I strongly concur; homosexuality is a mental illness, and instead of succumbing to the symptoms, he should rigorously seek out a clinic that treats this type of mental illness. There is a clinic in Israel that treats this and the success rate is around 90%.
Real men transition.

I left out the part about it being my first color TV, but it is.
What I was really looking for at the time was a radio that would play TV, so that I could catch the news shows and Sunday interviews, buying a TV turned out to be easier.
