He’s getting close to blaming Climate Change, which would serve him well in both Boston and Seattle.

If the balls were inflated in a 70 degree locker room, then brought into 40 degree weather, the pressure will fall. Same amount of air, just lower pressure.

This is going to result in the most massive viewership of a Super Bowl game in the history of human civilization.

∂verybody is going to be looking for Bellichick and Brady to be drawn and quartered. If New England wins, there may be riots and upturned cars.

in addition, he said he knew nothing about any of it during his pathetic press conference last week... “ask the quarterback...” and now mere days later he is adamant that no one did anything wrong... how is he so sure now? the New England Patriots are amazing miracle workers—in the last five days, they have made me a Richard Sherman fan...

Reminds me of the Gary Hart denial of fooling around.. He double dared the press to find anything. THEY DID !

There is no rule in the NFL governing the temperature of the air used to inflate footballs. All that the rules cover is pressure. Inflating a ball with 115 degree air, passing the pressure inspection and then playing on a 35 degree playing field an hour or two later, will result in a ball, legally inflated to appropriate pressure that no longer has that pressure. No rules were violated to produce this result.

This was not invented in Foxboro.

The climatic conditions were no where near what it would take to deflate a football....and the Colts footballs were properly inflated and under the same climatic conditions....THEY CHEATED and a multibillion dollar sport has been sullied...PERIOD

I have to say it. Bellichick's press conference was a masterful performance. Everyone I heard on radio afterwards was impressed. Clearly this man is concerned about his and his "team's" legacy.

In addition, he know he and Brady have less than a handful of years left, and he wants HIS legacy clean. Brady? That's another matter. Bill kept mentioning "the team," not Brady. Fascinating.

A lot of people seem to be getting these mixed up lately:

climate

the composite or generally prevailing weather conditions of a region, as temperature, air pressure, humidity, precipitation, sunshine, cloudiness, and winds, throughout the year, averaged over a series of years.

weather

the state of the atmosphere with respect to wind, temperature, cloudiness, moisture, pressure, etc.
