Palin -- also a former vice presidential nominee and a perennial potential candidate - has twice told reporters over the past several days that she is interested in running.

Ms. Palin is so perfect for the job that even Fox News is afraid of her. One can only hope and dream.

I’m now convinced she’s doing it for attention.
I’m over it. Bring on Cruz.

Let's see of Saint Rick (Santorum) starts insulting her like he was already doing with Cruz? But this is indeed a "crowded" field. We need some of these people to drop out. Maybe Freepers should organize a E-mail barrage telling the candidates to meet in private (if Palin publicly declares) and sort this out? We can't have such a huge playing field. It seems like we would have Palin, Cruz, Carson, Rand Paul (that freak!), Huckster and Saint Rick all dividing generally the same vote, with the RINO vote divided up just between Mittens, Jeb and Christie (if the latter runs).

That’s the key phrase “A Perennial Potential Candidate.”
Sarah can retain that status for the rest of her life, and not have to change a thing. Until hearing the eulogies, I did’nt realize Andrew Cuomo was considered in the same category, some twenty years ago.

This is going to be a nightmare of an election. Tons of RINOs, a few pretty-boy candidates, one or two true conservatives....

Getting a good common sense, decisive, genuine conservative in the white house at this time is paramount to our survival as a nation. If we miss this opportunity this time around it may never come up again.
Come on Sarah, do it for God and country. We’re behind you wholeheartedly.

Palin / Cruz would be a formidable multi-term threat with Cruz.
First woman? Dont need The Beast.
First hispanic? Don’t need a Reconquista.
Maybe Hillary and Jeb could run together.

I’d vote for her. Gladly. No need to hold my nose. No “lesser of two evils” choice, but a full enthusiastic positive vote for a remarkable woman who truly loves this nation.

Haven’t we been down this road before?
Looks like the circular firing squad may get larger.
They’ll (Dems) will have one candidate, possible two in the running and if things keep going the way they’re going, we’ll have a “gazillion.” But egos run high, and if they truly were interested in the “cause”, there’d be an agreement among the conservative candidates that not all of them should run.
IMO, there should only be one, possibly two, conservative candidates, who will have the strength and support of all conservatives, so they can unite to keep a rino from being nominated. Fracture the true conservative vote and we’re sure to have Bush or Mitt for the nominee.
As far as Palin...exactly how long did she hold out last go before she decided not to run...too long.

I guess I will be laying low for the next 18 months or so. I learned my lesson. If I have nothing good to say, I am just shutting up.
Enjoy yourselves!
