Even though Harry Potter has graduated Hogwarts and moved onto bigger and brighter things (with decidedly less peril), J.K. Rowling is still creating magic with her words. As evidenced by her stunning takedown of Rupert Murdoch’s ignorant comments about the recent events in Paris.
On Friday, the News Corp chairman had some stunningly misguided words for the Muslim people of the world in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris, calling for the “Moslems” of the world to take the blame. Terrorism, you see, is their problem and they’ll have to either fix it for the rest of the world, or resign themselves to being held accountable for every single bad thing the extremists do. That doesn’t seem very logical, does it?

MTV - one of my unspoken criteria for dating used to be “must not watch MTV.” Along with speaks more an one language and some others dealing with education.
I was thinking the same thing, but I believe it is more of a western PA/northern WV type of language usage. When I moved from SC to Pittsburgh I was shocked that almost no one used “to be” in the appropriate manner.
She wove an amazing Nazi allegory into the HP series, yet she cannot see the same thing happening with muslims attempting to do the same thing?

Rowling, obviously he was referring to the much pointed out refusal of supposed “moderate” Muslims’ refusal to condemn the terrorists. This was recently pointed out by the Egyptian leader, which is something that Obama refuses to do. So Murdoch is in lock step with a born Muslim and you are just a born idiot.
