There were several bad calls that game. A couple of plays later Whitten was grabbed and held going across the middle. He clearly would have broken open for a likely TD.
I think Brandolini should be demoted. He wants to express his opinion as definitive when it demonstrates how badly his crew of refs have done. He should be taking action, if he believes there was error. The Commissioner needs to get involved with him.

Eagles fan here but I firmly believe Jason Witten is a first ballot HOF’er...That dude can play some football.
I lived among Eagles for 2 years in a suburb of Philly 2009-2011. Got to be friends with Randy Logan, a real class act that guy!
Had to be tough being a Dallas fan(?) living in Philly. Probably met some pretty boorish fans, but we’re not all like that.
My mom and stepdad are Cowboys fans...hate the ‘Skins more than they hate the Eagles....could be the result of having to work in DC for some years.
Credit where credit is due...I cringe whenever I see Witten taking the field against the Eagles...much like Uggla against the Philles...

I can’t imagine trying to do that job, trying not to miss anything while its happening so fast. , split decisions, close calls, and all the while you have a universe of fans focusing on instant replay after the fact criticism. Damn if you do, damn if you don’t.
